When we have to deal with a Communist Power, the first point to remember, and to remember always, is that militant proselytism is an integral part of the Communist ideology. To survive in the world, Communism must convert the whole world to its philosophy. Any capitalist or bourgeois left free and potent in any part of the world will mean death to it, sooner or later.
All other economic, political and social systems must be annihilated, and in their place must be implanted Communism.
The second point is that the ethics of Communism is policy and not any God-based principle. Policy gets its face and form made by circumstance and exigency its motive being interest and advantage. Honesty is useful as a creator of confidence. Morality is no more than a code of general convenience. Panchaseela may be accepted by word where necessary and denounced by deed when necessary. In one word, expediency is the rule of conduct.
