Summary:

DVG advises us not to compare our body to that of an anthill which is full of dirt and impurities, instead we should follow our ancient sages who treated their body like a temple (place where the God resides). We should always try to train our body like a horse which can be kept under control so that we can focus on our ambitions and reach our goal.

Writing on the Wall:

Rahul Dravid has played the most number of consecutive matches for India since his debut. He started his International Cricketing career at 1996 and has played in all the test matches until 2005. He has played 93 matches in total which was a big record in the International cricket during the time. If a player has to play for such a long time without any breaks, he should have been both physically and mentally efficient. Rahul Dravid trained his body with certain restrictions on himself so as to make sure he was mentally fit and physically capable to reach his goal which was nothing but to give his best in his game.
